🎉Congrats to Debra Stephens Cook of Dark Horse Media who is our 2026 Hall of Achievement "Advertising Professional of the Year!" 🙌 Debra and her husband, David Cook, became co-owners of Dark Horse Media in late 2023, bringing with them decades of experience from every side of the industry — media, client, and agency.

A dedicated leader within AAF Tucson, Debra serves as AAFT's 1st VP/Secretary/Treasurer and chaired the American Advertising Awards in 2025 and 2026. Beyond the advertising world, she also gives back to our community through her volunteer work with the Heart & Stroke Ball.

Good News Communications is a marketing/PR firm that previously owned radio stations KVOI 1030; KCEE 690; KLTU (KLOVE) 88.1 FM; and KGMS 940 AM; KCPE TV and the Good News Newspaper. Doug was the 2014 recipient of AAFT's "Ad Pro of the Year" Award ✨and was also inducted into Tucson’s Advertising Hall of Fame in 2019.
