The AAF Tucson Advertising Partnership Program
AAF Tucson has partnered with select nonprofit organizations since 2000 to promote them and their services to the community through multi-media public service advertising campaigns. Our non-profit beneficiaries currently include the Tucson Children's Museum.
The program is truly a community partnership and could not work without the support and generosity of our media partners. The results have been outstanding, with well over $5 million donated in advertising support. Our bilingual public service advertising campaign done for United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona was the largest PSA project ever conducted in Southern Arizona. Other participating non-profits have included the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, Tu Nidito and the University of Arizona College of Science.
With the inception of the advertising partnership program, AAF Tucson created a sustaining Educational Endowment Fund. Scholarships have been awarded annually to Student Advertising Federation members of Southwest University of Visual Arts, The Art Institute of Tucson, Pima Community College and the University of Arizona. A Multicultural Advertising Education Scholarship has also been awarded annually. In 2013, a paid Internship Program was created to provide even greater benefits to AAF chapter students through paid industry related work experience.
AAF Tucson has received national recognition and been awarded for Public Service in the AAF National Club Achievement Competition for the program, which has also served as a model for other AAF chapters across the country.
Our most sincere thanks goes to these members and local media companies who have participated in the AAF Tucson Advertising Partnership Program:
