The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona Appreciates Your Support This Holiday Season / 12/15/2017 12:00 am

CFSADecember 11, 2017

Dear members of AAF and Ad 2 Tucson,

You've just done a remarkable thing.

You've made sure that eight-year-old Olivia gets to eat breakfast this morning. She has cereal with milk and apple juice, and before she leaves for school, her mom hands her a special treat: a banana.

"Sometimes I don't eat breakfast because there's no food," said Olivia. "I like the days when there's food. I feel happy."

Your gift of $124, plus $330 in proceeds contributed to the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona is already at work making sure that kids like Olivia always have food. You're giving Olivia more than a healthy breakfast - you're giving her hope, comfort and the chance to be a kid.

Thank you, AAF Tucson and Ad 2 Tucson, for joining us at the 2017 Tucson Mingle Bells event, and for stepping up to help people like Olivia right here in southern Arizona. You are changing lives!

Sincerely,

Michael McDonald, CEO
Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona
