AAF Tucson 2017 ADDY Awards Winners Announced / 03/12/2017 12:00 am

March 12, 2017 Tucson, AZ – American Advertising Federation Tucson (AAF Tucson) honored its 2017 ADDY Awards® competition winners at a black-tie gala, “Luck Be An ADDY Tonight” on March 11, 2017 at Casino Del Sol Resort. A total of 326 entries competed in 102 categories, with 96 Gold, Silver and Bronze awards presented. 

In addition, Judges Choice awards went to The Caliber Group for Accelerate Diagnostics Website in the Business-to-Business Website category, Crown Chimp Productions for In Between done for St. Mary’s Press in the Cinematography category, and to Gordley Group for their Holiday Card 2016 in the Industry Self-Promo Direct Marketing & Specialty category.

The professionals Best of Show award in was presented to Madden Media for Stowe: A Land of Winter Wonders done for Stowe Area Association in the Microsite category.

The Best of Show Student award went to Emiko Higman from The Art Institute of Tucson for Harmony Vegan Ice Cream Brand in the Integrated Brand Identity Campaign category.

All Gold and Silver ADDY Award® winners of the local competition are eligible to compete in the second level of a three-tiered ADDY® Awards competition, the AAF District 12 ADDY® Awards which will be hosted in Salt Lake City, Utah the weekend of April 1st. AAF District 12 is comprised of AAF and Ad2 chapters in Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas. District winners will be eligible for the ultimate competition, the AAF American Advertising Awards. National awards will be presented June 10th at The Roosevelt New Orleans during Admerica 2017, the American Advertising Federation’s National Conference.

The local ADDY Awards® Competition is conducted by AAF Tucson.  Proceeds from help support the Federation’s educational programs, public service projects and proactive government relations efforts. 

AAF Tucson and Ad2 Tucson are comprised of over 300 local advertising and media professionals.
